birthday wishes...
Birthdays are always a blessings. It reminds us that God gave us a new year, new leaf at life. Special moments like these makes me realize how important friends and family can be.Though it's not really Arlene's birthday yesterday(it'll be tomorrow Sept.5) but we already gave her her gifts. Much more exciting to receive gifts and flowers from the office. Had a great time planning ways to really surprise her. First, we gave the card with all our dedication to the guard. It's not customary but what the heck, at least it will be a surprise.
Secondly, our gift (a watch) we gave to the waiter at our canteen. Since we usually take our snack at the canteen, we decided to give it to her there. It was a great surprise, again. She really enjoyed herself. Lastly, the flowers. 
We had a hard time looking for the flower shop to deliver the flowers since we were all busy but we found time to do that. Then Ria and Georgia asked one of our officemates, RJ, to give Arlene the flowers, it was a sight to see. She though we gave her all that we were supposed to give her but this we set for last and it was all worth it!!! Had a fun time taking more pictures of ourselves with the flowers of course. lol...
It's funny how one's birthday tends to be monotonous overtime. That is why, it's good to have friends who can think of other unusual ways to give gifts that could last a lifetime of memories. Memories that we could treasure forever. Happy birthday Arlene-shwa!!!!
